I am passionate, driven, optimistic and thrive on sharing my energy with my clients to help them dream big, strategise and take purposeful action to achieve lasting change.

My practice principles are built on a strengths based approach, with an underpinning belief that everyone has the ability to impress themselves – you simply need to be brave enough to do the work and have the right people in your circle of supporters.

I coach using a blend of approaches, as I believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to designing your best life. I often utilise the narrative approach because I believe that our experiences are shaped by the stories we live by, and that through tweaking our stories we can change our perspective to open up new possibilities. I also use a solution focused approach, as in many cases change can be achieved relatively quickly when the right action plan and resources are in place.

Many of my clients are people from the emergency services and not for profit sectors looking for career coaching. However, I’m passionate about helping people of all backgrounds to achieve their goals and walk toward the life of their dreams. My inspiration comes from my extensive training and life experiences. In my twenties I beat cancer and went through a divorce, which has earned me the crown of the Come-back Queen! If you’re in it deep, I am the girl to help you out.

I have occupied leadership positions for over 15 years; I have led teams of all sizes, been fortunate to speak on many stages, facilitated countless workshops, recruited and mentored hundreds of employees and even met Queen Elizabeth!

As a Yugambeh woman, I am drawn to the sea, especially on country at the Gold Coast. When I’m not coaching, there’s nothing more enjoyable than spending time with my family, friends and labradoodle Vincenzo.
